Caricature artists are the perfect ice breaker for social functions.  As Keith says, “I remember once showing up to do caricatures at a party where the people were somewhat quiet and not really bonding with others.  I guess many of the people at the party didn’t know each other that well, and I could tell they felt awkward initiating conversations with strangers.  Once I started doing my drawings all of that changed.  I did a few caricatures, people laughed at each others’ pictures, and magically, the conversation and the fun begin!  It was then that I realized that having a caricature artist is almost like serving alcohol…it gets these folks to loosen up and have a REAL good time!”
